38 Weeks!

We made it! Full term! Woowhooo!!

What better way to celebrate than to peek in on the little man in the womb. As is common practice at this stage of pregnancy, Beck's OB wanted to check in on him to make sure he was properly prepared for his entry into the world. At this point he should be head down and facing mommy's spine (anterior). And guess what? He is. Damn right.

I shot a little video of the ultrasound to share with everyone that's been checking in here (thanks for reading). It wasn't the best quality machine, but you should be able to see some exciting stuff. You'll have to think a little more abstract to see the human features through the blob, but if you look close at around 49 seconds, you'll see his lips and mouth move. If you miss it, you'll hear me point it out. So exciting. At around 1:22 it looks like he's trying to feed himself. Clearly he's inherited our love for food.
